"Waited on Jeff for almost an hour before he showed up... he had problems with a rental car , he texted me a couple times giving me updates and when he showed up he apologized and got to work immediately sizing up my tattoo and gave me a discounted estimate because I had to wait so long. That’s what I call owning up to it!! He went to work on my tattoo and was incredibly accurate and I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and artistry! :) I can’t wait to come back for another in the future. Thanks Jeff!! Great job!"
