"Had my lobe pierced about a year ago and just got a cartilage one a week ago and I'm absolutely in love with both and have had no problems with any of them. Jeff did my lobe and was very pleasant to talk to even at 9:30 at night. The lady that did my cartilage was so sweet and so was her mom who came to visit. I'll definitely be going back in the future"
